250m ocean swim - 6 years and up

500m ocean swim - 10 years and up

3.8k ocean swim - 14 years and up

The 250 and 500m swims start and finish at Forster Main Beach in front of the Forster Surf Life Saving Clubhouse.

The 3.8k swim starts at Cape Hawke Beach swimming around the headland to Forster Main Beach.
